Dear Friends,
Simply put, my mission is to uplift, inspire and motivate 1,000,000 people to live their most fulfilling, compassionate and productive life!
Imagine a world where people didn’t give up on their dreams, followed their hearts and lived with passion and excitement. How would this impact our life? What enormously positive impact would this have on our families? Our organizations or professions? Our country? Our world?Β  I know this is possible.
As founder of My Everyday Power, I am honored to have the opportunity to share stories and strategies about how we can best use our mind, body and time for full empowerment. My goal is to help you become aware of limiting thought patterns and challenge you to explore new possibilities of thinking, being and living.
Both experience and research tell that our motivation comes from our education. What we have learned, observed and experienced has molded us into who we are today. It is time to make the shift from the clay to the sculptor! By discovering and rediscovering who we are, what we want and how we want to be remembered, we will undoubtedly live a life of purpose, energy and impact.
Thank you all so much for stopping by and remember to live life on your terms and help those around you!
All the best,
Jeff Moore
P.S. I am an avid reader (especially in psychology and personal development), life long learner, bike rider, life celebrator, exerciser, snorkeler and scuba diver! πŸ™‚

  2. Thank you for visiting my blog and for being my first follower. I look forward to your postings as I can see that they are very inspirational. Your blog setup is awesome as well. Thank you Jeff.

  3. Thanks for the follow. I wanted to share a favorite quote of mine with you given your focus on love and power. β€œWhat is needed is a realization that power without love is reckless and abusive, and love without power is sentimental and anemic. Power at its best is love implementing the demands of justice, and justice at its best is power correcting everything that stands against love.”
    ~ Martin Luther King
    All the best!

  4. Well done Jeff. I admire your goals, drive, and especially the enjoyment and joy you both bring to and get from your work here! Also, thanks for liking my recent posts and for following my blog. I appreciate it. I’ll be back. Keep up the good work!

  5. Definitely will look forward to keeping up with new posts here. Can always use that inspiring lift. Hope to pass it on. Thanks for putting this out for others.

  6. It’s funny because I was just speaking to a client regarding personal empowerment. Our conversation was about how working out should be about feeling better rather than looking better. When people train for vanity they never succeed, but when they train for health they feel stronger and more free. Consequently, because you are treating yourself better (ie. eating healthier and working out), you will look better too! Anyway, I love the blog man, keep it up.

  7. Thank you SO much for the “like” and “follow” on my blog. It blesses my heart when I know my poetry is touching others. I’ve read your blog, and really like what you have to say. It is very uplifting and inspirational. I’ll be following, and look forward to your future posts.

  8. Thank you Jeff for following my journey. Similar to you, I also hope to inspire others through my writings and words of encouragement. I document real life experiences in hopes that others know that in their most desperate of times – they are not alone. That most likely than not, we all share similar feelings, situations and that ultimately, it is about “loving themselves first”…hence the name of my blog. I will follow and share your posts – wishing you continued success! Lanette

  9. Thank you for reaching out! People like you, sir, do more than offer hope to folks. You nurture it and massage it into our belief system…Just by being who you are and sharing what you’re learning as you grow. You keep exploring the country of love…and mapping it for us. I’ll be traveling right behind you πŸ™‚

Your blog is very inspirational. Thank you finding my blog Wrestling Pollyanna and following. Most appreciated.

  22. Thanks for following my blog, coach Jeff. I am likewise now gladly following yours. You are a powerhouse of disarming positiveness. I’m more the existentialist type (mostly my French heritage). I like to be challenged by other’s coaches views on coaching and I hope you are too. That’s how this profession will continue to grow and be able to restore its reputation, tainted by glib no- coach marketers pretending to sell ‘real’ coaching: http://happyheuristics.wordpress.com/2013/03/21/guru-flu-guru-marketers-kill-real-coaching/
    Obviously not your case.

    Coachyly yours,

    Happy Heuristics!

  53. Hi Jeff! Thanks for following my blog! I am new in blogging but I just gave birth to a passion of helping people unleash their potentials and lift the lids that contained the deposits of God in their lives. I read your pages and it is the same road that God is leading me now. A bit frightening to start but I believe the grace of God is sufficient to bring into fulfillment the desire that He has placed in my life. I would be honored to receive inspirations from you as a novice in this field! God bless you and more power!

My pastor has a regular set of lessons he teaches called, The Power of Positive Thinking. He’s 92 years old and says that he’s more blessed than anyone else (of course he always gets the intended response, “Oh no Bishop, we’re more blessed.” He responds, “How many 92 year olds do I have in here?” Pin drop. He laughs and says, “Mmhm, I told you.”

I pray we live to see that age and will be able to say the same thing.

    God Bless keep inspiring,
    Rebecca and Ma Chris

  87. Thank you for following my blog. Your intentions are noble but without the teachings of Christianity, to give people a foundation from which to mold their standards of behavior, you are probably going to be very disappointed with the secular results you are proposing. I still wish you luck in your efforts at least you sound very positive. It’s hard to believe you are a secularist.

  88. 92. Hi Jeff,
you write, that your mission is to uplift, inspire and motivate 1,000,000 people to live their most fulfilling, compassionate and productive life!

This statement of yours, dovetails perfectly with what I found out from 50 years of research into suicide and depression – after my dad decided to end his life on july 19th, 1963.

The tricky part was – that he was a medical doctor and a surgin in northern Germany – and I had been chosen to take over from him, after he had taken over from a most successfΓΌl grandfather . . .

If you believe me or not – the WHO (world health organization) just issued a statement, that by the year 2030 the officially “uncurable” depression will kill more people than any other illness !

This is medical nonsense at it’s best – if you don’t want to call it outright criminal disinformation – but that is the facts on planet earth.

I have tried to find your e-mail adress, as I want to know, if you’re interested in knowing a little more on this – as motivating 1 million people is great – but today we have 3 million suicides on this beautiful planet every year !

So let’s face it together – if you like !

    Kalle, from southern France

  96. Good morning Jeff. I was pleasantly surprised to have you notice my blogs and I appreciate the follow. Seems like we are on similar paths, to change the world. I laugh with people when I tell them, “I have big dreams. I want to bring hope to the world.” God has given me this gift, and I want to use it to inspire others, to give them courage and hope. The internet is the vehicle that will allow me to do this. I only started writing a couple of months ago, but the response has been overwhelmingly positive from people around the world. Perhaps we can meet some day. Would love to meet you personally and share ideas. If you are ever in the Dallas area, let me know. 214-906-0154. Have a blessed weekend. 111. Hi Jeff, a simple ‘hello’ brought me to your amazing blog! Thanks for stopping by my site and liking my post. Sometimes it’s the simplest things that are the most powerful!.

  112. Hello Jeff! Thank you for liking my post! I am an avid reader also in psychology and self-development. I really enjoyed reading your post on the five words to remove from your vocabulary. Thank you again!

      • No problem! I have a quick question Jeff. How did you get started as motivational speaker/educator? And what is it that personally motivates you the most each day?

      • Great question! I started off teaching in Harlem, NYC. After taking a literature course in college that changed my life, I decided that I wanted to expose other people to empowering words and assignments – like my professor did for me. In teaching, I was able to further become my true self when I was standing in front of kids everyday , convincing them of why they should challenge themselves, help the person next to them and always strive to be the best version of themselves. It was a perfect fit for me! What motivates me most everyday? I’ve realized that everyday I have the opportunity to make someone’s day better by giving them encouragement, an alternative persecutive or advice on how to overcome a particular problem or obstacle. If you can improve someones days, you have improved someones life. That kind of impact gets me fired up!

  113. Jeff, thank you for stopping by and your follow of my little blog. You exemplify everything that I strive to be and are passionate about it too. I like that. You certainly are an inspiration and already I am enjoying reading some of your posts. I look forward to growing as I learn from you. Thank you again.

  114. Appreciate the feedback on my blog. You post some very encouraging thoughts on your blog. That’s always a good thing. People really do need encouragement these days.

  115. Hi, thanks for the follow! Truly inspiring thing you’ve got going here! I’m only starting out, finally realising something you also point out in one of your posts: “Please stop building a case against yourself. Stop rationalizing your excuses, procrastination or lack of productivity. β€œI want to do this but…” β€œI have always wanted to_________ but…” Stop making it so easy to talk yourself out of action.”
That was exactly what I used to do until one person said Stop! to me, and for the first time ever, I listened…
Anyway, thank you, keep up the good work! Cheers from Finland!

  116. Hi Jeff. Thanks for taking the time to visit my blog today and choosing to follow it. I have started following your blog too. Your blog is interesting and inspiring; keep up the great work you’re doing here. I hope to hear from you again soon. Cheers!

  118. Hi Jeff,

You mentioned that you read avidly and continue to educate yourself throughout your life. You may enjoy reading Race with the Devil, the autobiography of Joseph Pearce, published recently by Saint Benedict Press. At 16, Joe published a racist newsletter in England that eventually landed him in prison twice. At the same age he went to work for The National Front, an ultra nationalistic, white supremacist organization. He commuted 4 hours a day, during which he read extensively–philosophy, political science, etc. all related to his racist orientation. He fortunately questioned the extremist views in his assigned reading and began to seek more liberating authors. It took Joe about ten years, but he completely turned himself around. He’s now a Professor at a couple of colleges in New Hampshire. I don’t know if he ever went to college. His reading and writing did the trick for him.

    God Bless,

    Don

  119. Also, I’m happy to see that our NYC students have such an awesome role model! I taught ESL in the Bronx for many years and while I’m currently pursuing other things, I certainly miss working with my kids!

  120. i like a lot of your posts, and this blog, very much. simply and clearly written, practical and straightforward, and extremely positive and constructive. the absence of poetic symbolism and flowery imagery is excellent. thank you for following my blog. they compliment each other nicely; i’m focused on the analytical and understanding – the discovery – but yours goes straight to action. thanks again.

  121. Hallo, Jeff. I can feel your energy boosting!. Thanks for following my blog. Wish more people have your kind of spirit!

  122. Hi Jeff, Thanks for the following. I see that your life is already an inspiration. Keep doing what you are doing. We think that many people would do what you and I are doing, but we are only few. Encouraging, inspiring, building people up, but above all loving people enough to serve them with the best we can is a call not a job. I really hop you will reach your million people. God bless!

  123. Thank you for following neurofaultprotection.wordpress.com. Your style is fascinating and inspiring. Reading your five words never to use is good and important. Concerning the feeling of overwhelm perhaps any reader interested in overcoming overwhelm might like to follow neurofaultprotection.wordpress.com as overwhelm is tied in with high stress also high production of the hormone cortisol, therefore finding a permanent solution is important for the brain and the body.

  127. Dear Jeff,
With such a cool name, ur actions can only be the best for humanity as a whole. I am what we will call in Cameroon an MJC meaning a “Mary Just Come” referring to someone who just landed abroad (in my case europe since January) and who is still to understand how it works but who is trying out all possible avenues to empower herself further and empower others. So I decided to start blogging and gave myself 48 hours to learn about it and start so I put up something and fortunately I have been reading and coming across better resources like yours Simply put, thanks Jeff and am sure I will soon graduate to an MJC “Mary knows some”

  128. Jeff, you made my day thank you is all I can say – will surely become a certified MKP someday for now, fingers crossed – hope u find time to like my Facebook page at least

  129. Hey Jeff,

“”Imagine a world where people didn’t give up on their dreams, followed their hearts and lived with passion and excitement. “” I dream for a world like this and i play my part at my level best to live and support others to live their dreams.Sometimes few kind and supporting words are enough for motivation.
Anyway i really liked your work here. See you again.
    Take care and Best Regards,
    Afsheen

  132. Dear Jeff,

I mentioned to Vincent Egorro, another fan of yours and one I follow closely too, that you both were my inspirational Men of choice – well as for your blogs.

Here is his response which I share for your appreciation: “Marie, Jeff is really a great guy. Someone I draw a lot of inspiration from. I don’t qualify to be mentioned next to him here….all the same thank you for the honour. God bless you.”

    Thank you Jeff

  133. Jeff, I am indeed honored that you chose to follow Petals Unfolding. May my blog be a continual source of inspiration to you, as it is to me. Thank you so much! Love, Amy
